Fredrickson Family Fitness Park
Fredrickson Family Fitness Park offers various low-impact workout machines in a shaded, turfed area. Located along the Välkommen Trail, 420 E Lindsborg Street, just north of Riverside Park, Fredrickson Family Fitness Park also serves as one of three bike docks for the Lindsborg bikeshare program. 



Bikeshare

Bikeshare promotes health and wellbeing, active transportation, bike tourism, and Swedish heritage (be sure to check out those license plates). Three stations with a total of 15 bikes for rent are located within the city at strategic points:

  • North: near Bethany College adjacent to the Välkommen Trail and Gregory Hall
  • Central: in the parking lot east of City Hall (104 E Lincoln Street)
  • South: next to Fredrickson Family Fitness Park (420 E Lindsborg Street)
